Kindergarten Archeology

For science lab today, we became archeologists in the ice age. Students had to use a variety of tools- a screwdriver, paperclips, toothbrushes, paintbrushes, salt, and eye droppers with warm water- to try to carefully remove some toys that had been frozen in blocks of ice. Ask your child how he or she or the toys out, and whether this was something easy or difficult. I think we may have a few future archeologists!
